A: It's a comprehensive mental performance development program for young athletes ages 7 through high school. Over 95 days, your athlete receives daily coaching from Coach V (world record-setting athlete and elite performance consultant), access to expert interviews with professionals who work with athletes of all ages, skill levels and in all sports. This program offers insights for athletes with Olympic and Professional aspirations. Through the systematic development and daily SUPERSTAR In Training book activities, this program provides young athletes with the opportunity to build mental toughness, confidence, and peak performance mindset. There is no other program available to this age and skill group of young athletes that delivers the elite quality of training this early in an athlete’s journey.
Q: What age range is this program designed for?
A: Ages 7 through high school graduation across all sports. The content is adapted to be developmentally appropriate for each age group and skill level while maintaining the proven effectiveness of the methodologies.
Q: What if my athlete is developing beyond their peer group?
A: Great Question – this is why it is very important for you and your child to be completely honest in filling out the enrollment questionnaire and then schedule your session to meet with Coach V or a member of her team to determine the best live/zoom placement group to enroll in.
Q: What sports does this program cover?
A: ALL sports! The mental training principles apply universally to any athletic endeavor. While examples may include various sports, core concepts of mental toughness, confidence, goal setting, and performance mindset work for every sport from soccer to swimming, basketball to track and field, rodeo to downhill skiing.
Q: Does my athlete need to have the SUPERSTAR In Training book?
A: Yes, the book is absolutely required. The 95-day program systematically walks through all 14 weeks of activities and journal pages in the book. This is not just reading the book - it's bringing the book to life with daily coaching and Coach V’s expert guidance.
Q: Is Coach Barb V a licensed psychologist or therapist?
A: No, and this is important to understand. Coach Barb V provides mental performance training and coaching through her extensive educational background, behavioral expertise, and world-class athletic experience - not clinical psychology or therapy. This program focuses on skill development, education, and performance coaching, not psychological treatment.
Q: How is Coach Barb V different from other youth sports coaches?
A: She's the only youth development expert who:
Q: If Coach Barb V has all that elite experience, why is she working with young athletes?
A: That's exactly the point! Coach Barb V's elite-level experience has taught her that the most successful performers - whether Olympic athletes, Fortune 500 CEOs, or high-level officials - all share one thing: they developed strong mental foundations early. After decades of working with some of the highest performers across athletics, business, and government, Coach V realized she was spending most of her time helping adults overcome mental challenges that could have been prevented with the right training – which is why she is providing this opportunity to your young athletes. Every elite performer she's worked with has told her the same thing: "I wish I had learned these mental and brain-body skills when I was young."Young athletes and those who work with them are actually Coach V's most important work because:
Your athlete is getting access to the same methodologies used by Olympic champions, Professional athletes, and Fortune 500 leaders, but at the perfect time in their development when these skills can be built naturally rather than learned under pressure later. You will be hard-pressed to find even a limited number of professionals with even one of Coach V’s unique experience credentials, let alone all of the tracts and abilities combined with her proficiency and patience to communicate with both adults and children in the way that she can.
Q: Why can't I find Coach Barb V on social media?
A: For decades, Coach Barb V has intentionally operated "under the radar" at the elite level. When you're consulting with Olympic athletes, Fortune 500 companies like those that she has, and government agencies including the FBI and DoD, you don't need social media marketing - your clients come through direct relationships, referrals, and proven results.
Coach V has built her reputation through
Direct personal relationships with 3,000+ elite contacts and long-term interactions
Word-of-mouth referrals at the highest levels
National and International connections in more than 67 different countries
Proven results rather than online promotion
Discretion and privacy valued by elite clients
Focus on doing the work, not promoting the work
Elite clients don't find consultants through social media -- they find them through proven results and trusted referrals
High-level professionals often maintain low public profiles for privacy and security reasons
Real expertise speaks through results, not followers -- Olympic athletes and Fortune 500 Executives care about performance outcomes, not Instagram posts or viral videos.
Coach V's credentials are verifiable through official records, speaking engagements, and professional references

Q: Will I know what my athlete is learning?
A: Yes! You'll receive regular updates and can ask your athlete about their daily progress. The Parent-Centered Coaching videos also explain what they're learning and how to support their development. You are also encouraged to attend the Parent-Centered zoom Q&A events.
Q: What if my athlete gets frustrated or wants to quit?
A: This is normal and part of the growth process! The program includes strategies for handling frustration and setbacks. Coach V and the support system are designed to help athletes work through challenges. Parents also receive guidance on how to support during difficult moments. If an athlete gets frustrated, have them reach out to their F.I.X.ed Athlete Coach immediately as their F.I.X.ed Athlete coach should be able to assist them quickly. The SUPERSTAR In Training book is designed to take one-day-at-a-time. Know that not every single question or activity needs to be accomplished on the day that it is scheduled, Athletes may go back and complete activities they didn’t fully complete on their given day. We just suggest that they do not jump ahead and complete the left-page activities in advance. Completing activities in advance does not allow for the cognitive design to occur as processes and learning foundations may be skipped if doing so.
Q: What if my athlete is considering quitting their sport?
A: This program is perfect for athletes questioning their commitment. It helps them rediscover their passion, understand their true motivations, and make informed decisions about their athletic future - whether that's recommitting to their current sport or finding a better fit. Know that Coach Barb V has needed to make many decisions in ending her participation in one sport which enabled her to soar in another sport. There are specially designed activities within SUPERSTAR In Training that address this issue and this can also be addressed directly and often within 24-hours with your athlete’s F.I.X.ed Athlete’s individual Coach.
Q: Do you work with athletes who are homeschooled?
A: Absolutely! The program is designed to work with any educational situation. Homeschooled athletes often have more flexibility with scheduling, which can be an advantage.
